Newell Pottery Sarah Stilwell Weber June Earthenware Bradex 84-N18-1.1 LE 1984

This charming collector plate titled June is the first issue in the Sarah Stilwell Weber Calendar Collection. The artwork depicts two children joyfully jumping rope in a summer field, framed by a delicate pink floral border. Produced by the Newell Pottery Company, a division of Edwin M. Knowles, this piece is crafted on fine American earthenware and captures the rhythmic portrait of a fine summer's day as envisioned by artist Sarah Stilwell Weber.

This 1984 limited edition plate is hand-numbered 4970A and carries the Bradex number 84-N18-1.1. The production was strictly limited to a maximum of 100 firing days. The backstamp features the Genuine Newellware hallmark from Newell, West Virginia, and includes a personal quote from the artist's daughter, Jane Weber Winston. The plate comes with its original blue shipping box and mailing sleeve from The Bradford Exchange as shown in the images.
